About Our PresidentDiana Ivy has over 18 years experience in human resources and payroll management. She formerly served as Vice President of Human Resources at a private firm in Chicago, Illinois. As vice president, Diana was primarily responsible for strategic planning and developing human resources programs and initiatives to support the goals of the company. In addition, she managed the firm's Operations Center located in Dallas, Texas, overseeing the Payroll Department, Information Technology, and Customer Service. In 1997, Diana held a position as Human Resources Manager at a Chicago-suburban university. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree at Governors State University; and a Master's Degree in Communications & Training; and earned the following HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute: 1) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and 2) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Diana is dedicated to the HR profession and establishes high quality standards. |
